President and CEO of The Works, Inc. a Memphis community development corporation focused on housing, food access, and equity. Under her leadership, The Works has developed housing, launched a grocery, and created a mortage fund. Current projects include a $84 million adaptive reuse redevelopment, senior housing, and sustainability initiatives. She holds an M.A. in Urban Anthropology and a B.A. from Middlebury College and serves on several civic boards.
